酒精依赖患者配偶心理健康状况及影响因素分析

MENTAL HEALTH STATUS AND ITS INFLUENCING FACTORS AMONG SPOUSES OF PATIENTS WITH ALCOHOL DEPENDENCE

目的:探讨酒精依赖患者配偶的心理健康状况及影响因素。方法:收集厦门市仙岳医院57例酒精依赖患者的配偶和同期57例体检者的配偶,分别采用ZUNG自评抑郁量表(SDS)与ZUNG焦虑自评量表(SAS)对其进行心理健康状况评定。结果:酒精依赖患者配偶的SDS与SAS的得分为(49.46±s 4.31)和(48.23±s 4.30),均明显高于门诊体检者配偶的SDS与SAS得分(30.05±s 5.61)与(32.35±s 6.41),P<0.05;且酒精依赖患者配偶焦虑的发生与配偶的年龄、性别、文化、家庭其他成员的支持及患者住院次数、病程有关,抑郁的发生仅与家庭其他成员的支持、配偶经济收入、患者的住院次数有关,P<0.05。结论:酒精依赖患者对其配偶的心理健康状况产生明显的影响,因此应关注酒精依赖患者配偶的心理健康状况,并给予支持,以利于其身心健康,提高生活质量。

Objective： To explore the mental health status and influencing factors among the spouse of alcohol - dependent patients. Methods ： ZUNG self rating depression scale （SDS） and ZUNG self rating anxiety rating scale （SAS） were administrated to the 57 spouses of patients with alcohol dependence and 57 control spouses of those without alcohol dependence. Results ： The scores of SDS and SAS among spouses of patients with alcohol dependence were 49.46 ± s 4.31 and 48.23 ± s 4. 30 respectively, and were substantially higher than the national norm （30. 05 ±s 5.61 and 32. 35 ±s 6. 41 ,P 〈 0. 05）. Anxiety occurs in patients with spouse＇ s age, gender, culture, hospital number and course related; depression is associated with the number of hospitalized patients （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Alcohol - dependent patients have a significant impact on mental health status of his or her spouse, and it should be concerned about the mental health of spouses of patients with alcohol dependence, in order to facilitate their physical and mental health and to imorove the aualitv of life.
