摘要
研究了以水溶性高分子聚合物和无机粘合剂为主要原料复合而成的陶瓷坯体增强剂的应用。考查了不同含量、不同配比的增强剂对泥浆流动性、吃浆厚度、生坯强度的影响。结果表明,复合的增强剂引入到卫生陶瓷坯体配方中,坯体强度明显提高了25%以上,同时吃浆厚度减小10%以内,但是对泥浆流动性有一定影响,应用时需加入相应比例的电解质,调节流动性。
In the article, the application of the ceramic body enhancer made of a water-soluble polymer and the inorganic binder as the main raw material composite has been studied. Then the effects of different content, different ratio of reinforcing agent on fluidity of the slurry, the slury consumption, green strength have also been investigated.The results show that, the composite enhancer is introduced into the formulation of health ceramic body, and the green strength markedly increases by 25% or more, at the same time the slury consumption reduces to less than 10%.But there are some effects on the fluidity of the slurry, the right amount of electrolyte should be added to regulate the fluidity in the practical application.
