摘要
为适应信息技术发展和信息交流环境的不断变化,人们提出了信息素养等概念,扩充了媒体素养等已有概念,但这样做也引发了人们的困扰。为消除困扰,需要在厘清信息素养与媒体素养等相关素养关系的基础上对信息素养进行重新定位。信息交流的过程就是学习的过程,信息素养在本质上是学习素质,因而信息素养是元素养,是媒体素养等众多素养的基础。元素养是信息素养的新定位。
In order to adapt to the developing of information technology and the changing information communication circumstance, people have put forward some concepts of literacy, e. g. information literacy, and have expanded some concepts of literacy, e. g. media literacy. This has also caused some troubles in using these concepts of literacy. In order to eliminate the trouble, we need to sort out the information literacy and relevant concepts of literacy and reorient information literacy. The process of information communication is a learning process, and information literacy is in essence the learning quality. So information literacy is a metaliteracy, and is the foundation of the concepts of literacy e. g. media literacy, visual literacy in current information society. Metaliteracy is the new positioning of information literacy.
