摘要
图书馆联盟知识一般可分为四种:即馆员知识、图书馆知识、价值链知识和联盟知识。图书馆联盟内主要有三种知识流动:个人间的知识流动、图书馆间的知识流动、个人与图书馆间的知识流动。图书馆联盟内部知识不断在交换、流动和固化,从而形成了图书馆联盟的动态能力。
Library consortia knowledge can be divided into four kinds： the librarians＇ knowledge, library knowledge, knowledge of the value chain and alliance knowledge. There are three main knowledge flows： the flow between individuals, knowledge flows between the individual and library, and the flow between librarys. Knowledge constantly switches, flows and solidifies in library consortia, which forms the dynamic capability of it.
