阐述了改革设备投资工作的重要性 ,在提出设备投资指导思想的基础上 ,结合实际工作 ,重点就如何避免低水平重复投资、提高投资效益问题 ,提出了具体的管理办法和相关的配套措施。
This paper expounded the importance of the reforming investment in equipment under the new situation of education boom. Based on the advanced guidelines and combined with the practical work, it put forward some specific administrative methods and respective measures concerning how to avoid repeated low level investment and how to improve benefits.
