Starting from the actual condition of laboratory construction, such god opportunities were introduced as the merging of the two colleges, the loan from the World Bank, laboratory evaluation and degree evaluation, and the explorations were made about how to grasp the opportunities to seek for further development and how to further promote laboratory construction.
