The Research about Directional Rural Communities in General Medical Personnel Training System Based on GMER——Taking Huzhou Teachers College as an Example

摘要 国际医学教育专门委员会规定,世界任何国家医学院校培养的医生必须达到全球医学教育最低基本要求。为农村社区培养全科医学人才同样不能降低门槛、放宽要求。湖州师范学院从全球医学教育标准出发,围绕定向农村社区专科层次全科医学人才的培养定位、培养目标、培养模式、终身教育体系以及保障体系等进行改革研究和实践探索,以构建完善的人才培养体系,为农村社区培养合格的全科医学人才。 International Medical Education Committee required that doctors trained by any country in the world must meet the requirements that global minimum essential require- ments in medical education. It was forbidden to lower the threshold and relax the require- ment for training general medical personnel for rural communities. Based on the global medi- cal education standards, Huzhou Teachers College centered on the directional rural commu- nity college level general medical talents positioning, training objectives, training mode, life- long education system and security system to explore. It built a comprehensive personnel training system, and trained qualified general medical personnel for rural communities.
