摘要 目的:评价320排CT对心房颤动患者冠状动脉CT成像的有效性。方法:连续入组34例持续心房颤动患者。所有患者均进行了320排CTCA和常规冠状动脉造影(CCA)检查。两位评价者评价CTCA是否存在冠状动脉显著狭窄(≥50%),以CCA为参照标准,评价CTCA的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值(PPV)和阴性预测值(NPV)。结果:以冠状动脉段为单位,CTCA的敏感性、特异性、PPV和NPV分别为94.1%、99.3%、84.2%和99.8%。结论:320排CTCA诊断的准确性较高,在心房颤动患者可以有效地排除冠心病。 Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of CT coronary auography (CTCA) in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) using 320-detector CT. Methods:Thirty-four patients with persistent AF were con- secutively enrolled in this study. All patients underwent 320 - detector CTCA and conventional coronary angiog- raphy (CCA). The presence of significant stenosis ( I〉50% ) were evaluated by two radiologists blinded to the results of CCA. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value ( PPV), and negative predictive value (NPV) were calculated using CCA as the reference standard. Results: On per-segment analysis, sensitivity, specificity, PPV, and NPV were 94. 1%, 99. 3%, 84. 2%, and 99. 8%. Conclusion: 320-detector CTCA is accurate to exclude CAD in patients with AF.
