脂蛋白亚组分型技术进展及其在脂代谢异常检测中的应用 被引量：3

摘要 血浆脂蛋白包括LDL、HDL、乳糜微粒（chylomicrons,CM）及VLDL-C。近年来对LDL亚组分与冠心病的关系,进行了深入的研究[1-2],认为小而密LDL比大而轻LDL在动脉粥样硬化（As）的发生中起着更为重要的作用,是冠心病的危险因子[1]。
