摘要
通过对塑壳断路器操作机构进行受力分析,提出了一种脱扣力的计算分析方法,研究了操作机构部分参数对脱扣力的影响。可以通过优化参数,对产品脱扣力进行设计,使产品获得更加理想的特性。
Based on the force aualysis of moulded case circuit breaker(MCCB) operating mechanism, a method of calculation and analysis on tripping force was established. The impacts of some parameters of operating mechanism on tripping force were studied. By using this method, the tripping force of new products can be designed through optimizing some parameters of operating mechanism, and the perfect performance of the product can be achieved.
