应用在1140V电路中的DW45万能式断路器改型

摘要 DW45万能式断路器(ACB)通过触头结构改进,将原多组并联触头分为两组后绝缘隔离再串联,形成双断点结构,从而将DW45 ACB最高额定工作电压由AC690 V提高到1 140 V,改型后DW45 ACB在AC 1 140 V极限短路分断能力技术指标达到35 kA。 By improvement of the contact structure of DW45 air circuit breaker ( ACB ) , the original several groups of parallel contacts were divided into two groups. The two groups were insulated and then connected in series so as to form a double-break-contact structure, thus the maximum rated operating voltage of DW45 ACB was increased from AC 690 V to AC 1 140 V. The technical data of ultimate short circuit breaking capacity of the improved DW45 ACB can reach 35 kA/AC l 140 V.
