摘要
采用不同光照强度、温度和盐度等生态因子对卤虫幼体生长发育的影响进行研究,探讨适合卤虫幼体生长发育的最佳光照强度、温度和盐度。实验采用同一批孵化的卤虫无节幼体,分别在0.5×103、1.5×103、3.0×103、5.0×103、8.0×103lx光照强度,温度分别为18、22、26、28和30℃,盐度分别为14.80,29.61,44.42,59.23,74.03,88.84。通过测量不同梯度下卤虫幼体的体长,寻找最佳培养条件。结果显示:卤虫幼体的最适生长光照强度为0.5×103lx,最适生长温度为26℃,最适生长盐度为74.03。
The study of the different light intensity,temperature and salinity on the growth of A rtemia larvae was conducted,tried to figure out the optimum environmental factor for the Artemia larvae. In this study,we take the same batch hatched A rtemia nauplii at different light intensity (0.5×10^3 lx, on of 1.5×103 lx, 3.0×10^3 lx,5.0× 103 lx,the 8.0×10^3 lx),temperature (18 ℃, 22 ℃, 26℃, 28 ℃, 30 ℃)and salinity (14.80, 29.61, 44.42, 59.23,74.03,88.84),when they showed significant difference,we measured the body length to find the optimal culture conditions. The results show that:the A rtemia larvae optimum growth light intensity is 0.5 ×10^3lx,opt mum growth temperature is 26 ℃,optimum growth salinity is 74.03.
