摘要 采用微波消解方法处理样品,摸索样品消解和测定的最佳条件.探讨应用原子荧光光谱法同时测定海产品中砷和硒.通过标准样品的测定和加标回收实验检验精密度和准确度,结果表明:砷和硒的相对标准偏差分别为2.6%、2.1%和1.8%、2.7%;加标回收率分别在94%~105%和90%~ 110%.该方法适合海产品中砷和硒的同时测定. The optimal conditions for treating and analyzing samples looked for by using the method of microwave digestion. The simultaneous determination of As and Se in marine organisms by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was studied. The accuracy and precision of the method was confirmed by standard additions. The relative standard deviation of As and Se was 2.6%, 2.1% and 1.8%, 2.7% respectively. The standard addition recovery rate was 94%-105% and 90%-110% respectively. The results proved this method was suit to the simultaneous determination of As and Se in marine organisms.
