6种中草药对2株致病菌的抑菌效果比较

A comparison on the antibacterial activity of 6 kinds of medicines to 2 pathogenic bacteria

为了进一步研究常用中草药对致病菌的作用,探讨中草药对鱼类致病菌的抑菌效果。选择蒲公英、连翘、石榴皮、鱼腥草、黄柏、黄芩6种中草药,用试管法对迟缓爱德华氏菌和溶藻弧菌进行体外抑菌效果比较。实验结果表明:6种中草药对迟缓爱德华氏菌和溶藻弧菌的抑菌作用不同。6种中草药对迟缓爱德华氏菌的抑菌效果由高到低的顺序为:黄芩>黄柏>石榴皮>连翘>鱼腥草>蒲公英;对溶藻弧菌的抑菌效果由高到低的顺序为:黄芩>石榴皮>黄柏>连翘>蒲公英>鱼腥草。

In order to investigate the antibacterial effects of the Chinese herbal medicine on pathological bacteria of fish, Taraxacum mongolicum Hand-Mazz, Forsyrhia suspense V. ,Punica granatum L. ,Houttugnia cordata T. ）,Phellodendron amarense ,Scutellaria baicalensis G. were used for in vitro antibacterial activity test by tube method on Edwardsiellatarda and Vibrio alginolyticus. The results showed that 6 Chinese herbal medicines had different inhibition effects on E.tardaand V. alginolyticus ,among which, the order of the inhibition effect on E.tardafrom high to low was Scutellaria baicalensis G.,PheUodendron amarense,Punica granatum L.,Forsyrhia suspense V.,Houttugnia cordata T., Taraxacum mongolicum Hand-Mazz,the order of the inhibition effect on V. alginolyticus from high to low was Scutellaria baicalensis G.,Punica granatum L.,Phellodendron amarense, Forsyrhia suspense V. Taraxacummongolicum Hand-Mazz,Houttugnia cordata T.
