顶空气相色谱法分析烟用粘合剂中VOC的研究 被引量:5

On the Harmful Volatile Organic Compounds in Cigarette Adhesives by Using Gas Chromatography Headspace Analysis

摘要 采用顶空气相色谱法对卷烟胶中主要的14种有害挥发性成分(VOC)进行定量分析研究。结果表明:在最佳顶空条件中,平衡温度为80℃;平衡时间为40min;样品环温度100%;传输线温度120℃。在最佳色谱条件中,色谱柱选择DB-624;柱长30m;柱内径0.53mm;柱液膜厚度3.00nm。14种挥发性成分的回收率均在91.5%~103.5%,相对标准偏差在0.8~4.0,其分析方法的准确性与重现性都较好。 By using gas chromatography headspace analysis, the definite qualitative analysis of the fourteen main harmful volatile organic compounds in cigarette adhesives is made. The result shows that in the head- space experiment, the best equilibrium temperature is 80℃, the best equilibrium time is 40rain, the best specimen loop temperature is 100℃ and the best transmission lines temperature is 120℃. The best chromatog- raphy column analysis conditions are: the chromatographic column is DB-624, the height of the column is 30m, the diameter of the column is 0.53ram and the liquid film thickness of the column is 3.00μm. The re- covery percentage of the fourteen volatile organic compounds of the cigarette adhesives are from 91.5 to 103. 5, while the RSD are from 0.8 to 4.0. The method is simple and accurate, and has a good repeatability for the analysis of volatile organic compounds of the cigarette adhesives.
