摘要
结合传统的"三段式教学法"以及瑜伽运动的自身特点和现代的体育教育理念,提出了瑜伽课程优化的"三段式"教学模式,并对每个阶段的教学内容和教学方法进行了具体的研究和探讨。
Based on the traditional three-stage teaching methodology and the self-characteristics of Yoga and modern concept of physical education, the "three-stage" teaching pattern to optimize yoga teaching is presen- ted in this paper. Meanwhile, the teaching content and method for each stage is studied and explored in de- tails.
