摘要
现代城市电网对供电可靠性及快速应对电力事故的要求越来越高。探讨了移动储能装置在电力应急的重要作用,分析了配置一定容量的移动储能装置的必要性,详细讨论了移动储能选址的优化配置,介绍了移动储能的并网方式和并网技术,可为制定其优化配置方案提供参考。
The modern city power grid demands higher power distribution reliability and quick emergency response. This paper discusses the important role of portable energy storage equipment in power emergency treatment and the necessity of configuring potable energy storage equipment with a certain capacity. The optimal configuration of portable energy storage location is discussed in detail. The methods and technologies of grid connection of potable energy storage are also introduced. This research can provide reference to developing optimal configuration scheme of potable energy storage.
