Application of Phase Shifter Technology to EHV Power Grid

摘要 移相器技术是现代电力系统中重要的潮流控制手段之一。随着电力电子控制技术在移相器设计中的应用,其功能已从稳态潮流控制扩展至改善系统稳定性方面。在对国内外移相器技术的发展、应用及研究成果进行调研的基础上,探讨了移相器的工作原理、控制方法、概念设计及应用原则等主要内容,并结合移相器技术的发展、应用现状,对其在超高压电网的应用前景予以了展望。 Technology of phase shifter is one of the important power flow control means for modem power system. With the application of power electronic control technology to phase shifter designing, its function has expanded from steady power flow control to system stability improvement. On the basis of the exploration into the phase shifter technology development, application and research achievement, this paper discusses the working principle, control method, concept design and application policy of phase shifter. Finally, combined with the development and application status of the phase shifter technology, its application prospect in EHV power grid is forecasted.
