摘要 分布式发电在配电网中的接入比例逐年增加,对配电网的运行控制产生影响的同时,也提出构建新型配电网规划的要求。介绍了根据模糊多属性决策的基本原理建立模糊适应度函数,对多目标决策问题进行模糊集处理;在此基础上,以总成本和碳排放成本最小化为目标函数,以经济安全运行的各种限制条件为约束,构建了含DG的模糊多目标配电网规划模型;利用混沌搜索和改进蜜蜂交配优化算法进行求解,最终得出DG作为响应负荷波动措施的配电网动态规划方案。旨在满足配电网投资运营者偏好性的规划需求,适应新形势下的含分布式电源的配电网规划模式。 The distributed generation (DG) connection to distribution network has been increasing gradually, which not only has a significant impact on the grid operation and control, but also proposes the need to build up a new distilbution network planning. Firstly, based on the principles of Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making, the fuzzy fitness function is formulated to tackle the multi-objective decision making process. Thereupon, the fuzzy multi-objecrive distribution network planning model is established, which takes the total costs and carbon emissions cost minimization as the objective function, and a variety of economic security restrictions as constraints. Finally, chaotic search and improving honey bee mating optimization algorithm are used to solve the model, and the dynamic planning program for distribution network is obtained with the DG measures as a response to load fluctuations. This research aims to meet the distribution network operator's preference in investment planning, and adapt to the planning pattern for distribution network with DG in the new circumstances.
