摘要 在对行业客户错避峰限电能力进行评价的过程中不可避免地存在大量的模糊性等不确定因素,为了更客观、公正地给出相应的评价,以便为有序用电的开展提供指导性意见,介绍了运用一种改进型的模糊综合评判方法对用户错避峰限电能力进行定量评估。首先,全面分析了影响用户错避峰能力的关键因素和敏感因素,构建了行业客户错避峰能力综合评价的3级指标体系,并利用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重,再结合模糊综合评判法计算评判的数据。最后通过算例验证了有效性,减少了传统评价方法中人为打分的不确定性,可以为电力公司高效开展有序用电工作提供帮助。 There are a lot of fuzziness and uncertainties in the evaluation of clients' peak load shifting capability. To make more objective and fair evaluation and provide guidance for the orderly power utilization, this paper presents a method named AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation for the quantitative assessment. Firstly, a comprehensive analysis is made on the key and sensitive factors affecting clients' peak load shifting capability, and a comprehensive 3-tier evaluation index system has been established. Then AHP method is used to determine the evaluation index weight, and in combination with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation data is calculated. Finally, calculation example verifies the effectiveness of this method, which lowers the uncertainty in traditional human scoring evaluation method. This method can effectively help power companies with orderly power utilization.
