摘要
以凤台电厂为例,简述了600 MW机组的电除尘器运行现状,检测分析了粉煤灰及煤样,结果表明现有电除尘器不易长期稳定达到微细粉尘排放的国家新标准。认为在可能的电除尘器改造方案中,安装多级荷电凝聚装置不仅可有效地减少微细粉尘的排放,而且投资省,运行费低,施工方便,具有较好的应用前景。
Taking Fengtai Power Plant as an example, this paper outlines the performance of electrostatic precipitators (ESP) of 600 MW unit. The analysis of fly ash and coal samples shows that the current ESP is not stable enough to meet the new national standard for the emission of fine particles. Among the possible ESP reconstruction schemes, the multi-level charged agglomeration technology seems to be the most promising one for it can not only effectively reduce the emission of fine particles, but also has advantages in less capital investment, lower operating cost and more convenience in construction.
