Analysis and Research of Non-chemical Agent Anti-scale Technology

摘要 化学水处理药剂因效果好、见效快,广泛应用于工业循环冷却水系统设备的阻垢、缓蚀、杀菌灭藻处理,但其使用成本高、运行浓缩倍率不高、排污时增加了对环境影响,而非化学加药法处理循环冷却水已有成功应用的工程实例报道。介绍了对非化学药剂法处理循环冷却水的国内工程实例的调查研究,对使用效果及影响因素进行了分析,并对工程应用设计进行了讨论。 Chemical water treatment agent is widely used in industrial circulating cooling water for scale and corrosion inhibition and sterilization and algae killing because of its good performance and quick effect. However, the agent treatment has some shortcomings, such as high cost, low concentration ratio, greater damage on environment for the chemical agent in the discharge water. Successful projects of the non-chemical agent treatment of the circulating cool- ing water have been reported more frequently. Based on the large amount of investigation and study of the domestic projects with non-chemical agent treatment of the circulating cooling water, this paper analyzes the application effect and influencing factors of the non-chemical agent treatment, and discusses the engineering application design.
