摘要
目的:探讨桂枝汤治疗过敏性鼻炎的作用机制。方法:采用卵蛋白(OVA)作为致敏原诱发豚鼠制备过敏性鼻炎模型,以免疫组化法和酶联免疫法检测模型豚鼠T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4、CD8)的状态,血清Th1/Th2的代表因子IL-4、IL-5和TNF-α的水平,考察桂枝汤对T亚群及相关细胞因子的影响。结果:桂枝汤高剂量组CD4/CD8明显高于模型组(P<0.05);桂枝汤高、中剂量组血清IL-4、IL-5和TNF-α的水平明显低于模型组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:桂枝汤治疗过敏性鼻炎的作用与其调节CD4/CD8平衡及血清IL-4、IL-12和TNF-α水平有关。
Objective：To study the mechanism of Guizhi decoction on allergic rhinitic.Methods：We observed the effect of Guizhi decoction on T lymphocyte subsets and related cytokines in guinea pig model induced by OVA.Results：The differences had a significant difference（P ＜ 0.01,P ＜ 0.05）after administration of Guizhi decoction in high,middle dose groups compared with model groups on CD4/CD8 and serum levels of IL-4,IL-5 and TNF-α.Conclusion：The effect of Guizhi decoction on allergic rhinitic is related to its regulating CD4/CD8 and serum levels of IL-4,IL-12 and TNF-α.
