HPLC法测定秦归活络口服液中马钱苷酸和龙胆苦苷的含量

Determination of Loganin Acid and Gentiopicroside in Qingui Huoluo Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的：建立秦归活络口服液中马钱苷酸和龙胆苦苷的含量测定方法.方法：采用HPLC法,紫外检测器,梯度洗脱同时测定制剂中马钱甘酸和龙胆苦苷的含量.结果：制剂中其他药材对马钱苷酸、龙胆苦苷无干扰；马钱苷酸在0.034 49～0.689 80μg之间有良好线性关系（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为96.4％（n=6,RSD=1.8％）；龙胆苦苷在0.045 48～1.137μg之间有良好线性关系（r=0.999 8）,平均回收率为95.6％（n=6,RSD=1.2％）.结论：本方法简便,快速,灵敏,专属性强,重现性好,可作为秦归活络口服液中马钱苷酸、龙胆苦苷的含量测定方法.

Objective：To establish determination method of loganin acid and gentiopicroside in Qingui Huoluo oral liquid method.Methods：Use HPLC with ELSD and UV detector to determine the content of loganin acid and gentiopicroside.Results：Loganin acid showed a good linear relationship（r=0.999 9）between 0.034 49～0.689 80μg,and the average recovery rate was 96.4％（n=6,RSD=1.8％）;gentiopicroside showed a good linear relationship（γ=0.999 8）between 0.045 48～1.137 μg,and the average recovery rate was 95.6％（n=6,RSD=1.2％）.Conclusion：This method is simple,rapid,sensitive,strong specificity and good reproducibility,which can be used as a content determination method of loganin acid and gentiopicroside.
