京津冀北城乡空间发展规划研究——对该地区当前建设战略的探索之一

PRELIMINARY STUDIES ON THE URBAN AND RURAL SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNING OF THE BEIJING-TIANJIN-NORTHERN HEBEI REGION

针对京津冀北地区发展中的问题 ,借鉴近年来国外大城市地区规划理论与实践研究的成果 ,提出京津冀北地区的发展战略 :寻求从区域解决城市问题的可行途径 ;寻求区域整体协调发展 ;通过空间上的“疏散”和“集中” ,形成完善的城镇网络 ,促进区域整体发展 ;建立行之有效的区域协调机制。

This paper offers the development strategy for the Beijing-Tianjing and Northern Hebei region based on the Chinese case and experience of the regional planning in foreign countries. The strategy refers to the regional proper ways and effective coordinated mechanism solving the urban problems. As regard, the Beijing-Tianjing and Hebei regional and urban and rural spatial development planning is explored as well.
