摘要
用气相色谱法对白酒中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的含量进行了测定。样品经正己烷萃取,用OV-17毛细管柱分离,以苯乙酮为内标,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的质量浓度在10 mg·L^(-1)以内与峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3s/k)为0.003 mg·kg^(-1)。方法用于白酒样品分析,加标回收率在98.2%~101%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)为4.0%。
The content of dibutyl phthalate in white spirit was determined by gas chromatography. The sample was extracted with n-hexane. OV-17 column was used for separation, and FID was used for determination, using acetophenone as internal standard. Linear relationship between values of mass concentration and peak area of dibutyl phthalate was kept in the range within 10 mg·L^-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of sample 98. 0%-101%, with RSD (n=6) of 4. 00/oo. , with value of detection limit (3s/k) 0. 003 mg·kg^-1.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of sample of white spirit, giving values of recovery in the range of 98.0%-101%, withRSD(n=6) of 4.0%.
