摘要
以螺旋缝埋弧焊管预精焊工艺为基础,进行了精焊内焊三丝焊接工艺的研究。介绍了精焊机组的内焊机械设备与控制系统。通过优化内焊三丝工艺的焊接电源参数和形位参数,实现了精焊内外焊五丝焊接。统计X80M钢级Φ1 016 mm×15.3 mm钢管的实际生产数据表明:采用内焊三丝工艺后螺旋缝埋弧焊管焊缝外观质量、内在质量及力学性能均优于双丝内焊焊缝。
The inside three wire welding process of finishing welding is studied based on the tack-welding process for SAWH pipe. The inside welding mechanical equipment and control system of the finishing welding unit are described. The five wire welding for inside and outside finishing welding is realized with the optimization of the welding power supply parameters and configuration and position parameters of the inside three wire welding process. The statistics of the practical production data of the steel pipe with size of Ф1 016 mm×15.3 mm and grade of XSOM shows that the appearance quality, inner quality and mechanical properties of the welding seam of SAWH pipe with the inside three wire welding process are all superior to those of the welding seam with the inside two wire welding process.
