摘要 结合生产现场实际情况,通过对递送机机构的分析,指出造成带钢递送跑偏的部分原因,包括递送辊偏磨、递送机传动系统的自重及递送压力作用等因素;提出相应的应对措施,从而有效防止带钢在递送过程中跑偏;建议在新建螺旋缝焊管机组时应考虑将递送机的主传动机构放在递送机两侧,增加递送前导板装置等设备,合理选用液压压下装置,提高设备的安装精度,以减小带钢递送跑偏的可能性。 Based on the working site operation circumstances, the delivery machine is analyzed, and some of the causes for strip steel deviation from the delivery line are identified, involving such factors as lateral wearing of the delivery roller, weight of the delivery machine drive system, and the delivery pressure, etc. Accordingly, coun- termeasures are proposed to prevent the strip steel deviation during the delivery operation, including putting the main drive units at both side of the delivery machine in case of building a new SAWH pipe production line, adding devices like the pre-delivery guide plate, properly selecting the hydraulic screw-down unit, and improving erection accuracy of the equipment to reduce the probability of occurrence of strip steel deviation.
