摘要 通过PROFIBUS现场总线技术在国内某大型轧管厂的应用,介绍了现场总线控制系统的体系结构和对PQF连轧管机轧制参数的控制过程,总结出构建单元组合式PROFIBUS-DP总线网络结构的技术要点。现场总线控制系统消除了质量保证系统QAS、数模计算系统PSS、连轧辊缝液压控制系统HCCS和自动控制系统BAS之间的信息"孤岛"现象,实现信息资源的共享,从而提高生产率,降低产品质量事故成本、生产故障成本、人工成本等。 The systematic architecture of the on-site bus control system and the control process of the rolling parameters of PQF mandrel pipe mill are described based on the application of PROFIBUS on-site bussing technique in a large sized pipe roiling plant in China, from which the key technical points of how to build a stacked type PROFIBUS-DP bus network structure are summed up. With the use of the on-site bus control system, the information isolated island is eliminated among the quality assurance system QAS, analog computing system PSS, hydraulic roll gap control system of mandrel rolling mill HCCS and automatic control system BAS, through which Information re-sources sharing is realized so that the productivity is increased and the Product quality accident cost and production failure cost are reduced.
