摘要 介绍了壳牌新标准DEP 31.40.20.37-Gen—2011《Line Pipe for Critical Service》对超声波自动探伤设备的基本要求。提出了直缝埋弧焊管在线超声波自动探伤系统为检测出不同壁厚(30%t、50%t、70%t)区域处缺陷的各组探头布置、工作原理以及对比样管上的人工缺陷选择方法。通过探伤实例,对探头选取和布置进行了有针对性的尝试和探索,即采用4组纵向探头和2组串列式探头可有效保证对大直径厚壁直缝埋弧焊管焊缝内部全厚度区域的100%扫查覆盖,从而改善了在线超声波自动探伤系统的探测能力,提高了超声波自动检测的工作效率,保证了钢管质量。 The essential requirements for the ultrasonic automatic inspection equipment specified in Shell Stan-dard DEP 31.40.20.37-Gen-2011 Line Pipe for Critical Service are described. The arrangement of each probe group and their working principle and the selection method of artificial defects on a reference sample pipe for detecting de-fects in all zones with different wall thickness of 30%t, 50%t, 70%t on a longitudinal seam submerged-arc welded pipe in the on-line ultrasonic automatic inspection system are proposed. With many detected cases, some targeted experiments and explorations are conducted for the selection and arrangement of probes, which results in effectively ensuring that 100% inspection of all zones of the inner weld seam within the range of the wall thickness of 31.9 mm can be covered by using four groups of longitudinal probes and two groups of tandem probes so as to increase the in-spection capacity of the on-line ultrasonic automatic inspection system and improve the work efficiency of the uhra-sonic automatic inspection and consequently to insure the pipe quality.
