摘要
可靠性与环境试验设备几乎被用于工业、农业、军事、科研和日常生活的一切领域中,而控制系统的控制精度和反应速度直接决定了试验设备品质的优劣。随着科学技术的发展,人们对试验设备控制系统的要求不断地提高,特别是在航天、电子、化工、材料及生物工程等高端技术的科学实验领域中,对控制系统的要求更加苛刻。介绍一款以S 3 C 2410处理器为基础,采用嵌入式LINUX操作系统,并配合WINDOWS下图形化的人机界面生成软件,应用于可靠性与环境试验设备的专用控制器。该控制器的成功研制,完全替代了日本进口控制器,使广州五所环境仪器有限公司拥有自主知识产权的控制器和中高端产品的核心竞争力。
Reliability and environmental test equipment are almost used in all fields, such as industry, agricuhure, military, scientific research and daily life. Control precision and reaction speed define the level of test equipment. As science and technology develop, human ask for better test equipment controlling system constantly, especially in high-end scientific test fields, such as space, electronics, chemical industry, material, bioengineering and so on. A specific controller, applied in reliability and environmental test equipment, taking processor of $3C 2410 as basis, adopting embedded LINUX operating system with the windows graphical HMI generation software, is introduced in the paper. The successfully developed controller replaces Japan-imported controller completely. It helps G its own domestic technology and uangzhou GWS Environmental Equipment CO Ltd. obtains core competence in high-end products.
