小口径管道的脉冲远场涡流检测系统

摘要 针对小口径输油管道因腐蚀而产生的缺陷问题,现利用小口径管道试件实验平台来模拟实际的工程环境,应用脉冲远场涡流检测原理设计管道缺陷检测系统:搭建制作信号发生、功率放大和探头传感器等硬件环节;利用LabVIEW平台功能,以研华PCI-1716 L数据采集卡为载体完成滤波电路、数据采集等程序的编写,并将数据传至上位机存储及显示。实验结果表明:检测系统在缺陷处数据的变化明显,峰值电压及过零时间两项数据的变化幅度与管壁减薄程度密切相关。 Small diameter pipeline specimen experimental platform is used to simulate actual engineering environment, while pulsed remote field eddy current testing principle is applied to design pipeline defect testing system, in order to against corrosion defects of small diameter oil pipeline: construct signal generation, power amplification, probe sensor and other hardware parts: compile programs of filter circuit, data acquisition and so on, based on LabVIEW platform, a tarrier of Advantech data acquisition card PCI-1716L, transmit data to the host computer storage and display the results. Experimental results show that: the testing system changes significantly in defert part. Rangeability of both data, peak voltage and zero passage time, is bound up with thinning of pipe wall.
