摘要 目的检测PI3K/AKT信号传导通路相关蛋白EGFR在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达情况,并探讨其与NSCLC临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化Maxvision二步法检测EGFR在NSCLC和正常肺组织中的表达,同时使用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 EGFR蛋白在NSCLC和正常肺组织中的阳性率分别为68.4%(54/79)和27.3%(3/11),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。在NSCLC中,EGFR的高表达与性别、淋巴结转移、病理类型无关,与分化程度密切相关(P﹤0.05)。结论 EGFR在NSCLC中的表达明显高于正常肺组织,并与NSCLC的分化程度有关,表明EGFR可能促进NSCLC的发生发展,因此,检测该因子表达可以指导NSCLC的诊断和治疗。 Objective: To detect the expressions of related proteins EGFR with PBK/AKT pathway in non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC), and explore the relationship of its and clinical pathologic features of NSCLC. Methods: Immunohistochemistry Maxvision two-step method was used to examine the expressions of EGFR in NSCLC and normal lung tissue. At the same time, the SPSSIT. 0 software was used for the statistical analysis. Results: The positive expression rates of EGFR protein were 68.4% (54/79) and 27.3 % (3/11 ) in NSCLC and normal lung tissue ( P 〈 0.05 ). In the NSCLC, the over expression of EGFR was not related with gender, metastasis of lymph nodes and pathological type, but it was related with the differentiation extent(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The expression of EGFR in NSCLC is higher than that in the normal lung tissue, and it has relation with the differentiation extent, which shows that EGFR may promote the occurrence and development of NSCLC. So the detection of the expression of this factor can guide the diagnosis and treatment of NSCLC.
