路径式护理模式的临床研究

目的评估路径式护理方式在临床中的实施效果。方法制订护理临床路径,按照患者入院顺序随机将893例骨科手术患者分为路径式护理组419例及传统护理组474例。住院期间比较两组护理质量合格率及患者对责任护士、护理工作满意度。结果路径式护理组护理质量明显优于传统护理组(P<0.01),接受路径式护理的患者住院期对责任护士及护理工作的满意度更高(P<0.01)。结论应用路径式护理方式进行护理,能够克服护理人员自身的缺陷,加强护患沟通,明显提高护理质量及护理服务品质。

Objective： To evaluate the practical effect of clinical nursing pathway in orthopaedic. Methods： 893 orthopaedic surgery patients were randomly distributed into clinical nursing pathway group and traditional nursing group according to the admission order, 419 and 474 patients respectively. Nursing procedures quality and satisfaction rates of nursing job were compared between two groups. Results： Clinical nursing pathway group showed much better nursing procedures quality scores than traditional nursing group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Patients who received the clinical nursing pathway were much more satisfied with nurse and nurse caring （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The application of clinical nursing pathway can improve the quality of nursing procedures and patient satisfaction.
