摘要
生产的同批次纸张,在生产工艺、打浆参数及各种化学品用量不变的情况下色相不一致是目前车间反映较多的问题.该文针对这一问题主要研究了紫外灯光照射和温度对口杯原纸色相的影响.结果表明:口杯原纸随紫外灯光照射及高温环境下时间的延长,纸张白度和L值降低,a值和b值增大;对于生产的同批次纸张在满足相同的内部条件下的同时,在包装打包前还必须满足照射时间、存放温度和湿度等相同的外部环境.
Currently, it is frequently reported by the plant that hue are different for the same batch of base paper products under consistent production process, beating parameters and chemicals dosages. To address this problem, the effects of ultraviolet light irradiation and temperature on cup base paper hue was investigated in this paper. The research results show that with extension of the time for cup base paper exposed under ultraviolet light irradiation and at high temperature environment, both brightness and L value are decreased while a value and b value are increased. For the same batch of cup base paper produced under consistent internal conditions, their external environment should be kept consistent before being packaged, such as irradiation time, storage temperature, humidity and so on.
