摘要
采用两步法自制了钛酸酯偶联剂,用其和硬脂酸对轻质CaCO3进行了表面改性处理,考察了改性CaCO3对PVC材料的流经时间、密度、热稳定时间、加工性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:①自制的钛酸酯偶联剂需要与硬脂酸配合使用才能对CaCO3起到较好的改性效果;②结合生产实际进行综合考虑,两者适宜的质量分数(以CaCO3质量为100%计)分别为1%和0.5%。
