摘要
选定进入2011年全国田径大奖赛(苏州站)女子铅球决赛前8名的运动员滑步阶段技术作为研究对象,研究结果显示:研究对象在过渡阶段左脚积极压插着地不够,过渡阶段时间较长,左脚落地瞬间躯干前倾角和左肩后倾角偏大,左臂打开较早,影响了身体扭紧程度,过渡阶段超越器械效果不理想。过渡阶段8名运动员左脚着地瞬间的左膝角偏小,左脚着地瞬间左侧支撑制动效果欠佳。
