摘要 激光通信终端主体作为一种新兴的信号传输载体,工作时光学器件发热量大,对温度均匀性和稳定性要求高,给热设计带来挑战.针对载荷的工作特性和外部空间环境规律,对单机产品进行热设计:针对大功率发热元器件散热采用导热板+热管的途径进行散热,并对关键部件实现高精度控温措施.通过Thermal Desktop热分析软件对极端工况进行数值模拟,计算结果表明,激光通信终端主体温度场满足设计要求,热设计方案合理可行. Laser communication terminal is a new signal transmission carrier. The equipment's optics-de- vice parts bring high heat dissipation, and require higher equality and stability of the temperature. It is a chal- lenge for thermal control. According to the characteristic of the laser communication terminals and the rule of outer space heat flux, a new way for thermal control was designed as the following: heat-conducted plate and heat pipe were adopted for heat transfer of high heat-flux parts, and high precision temperature control methods were applied for key parts. A numerical simulation was investigated in uttermost cases by thermal desktop a- nalysis software, and the results prove the design correct.
