摘要
对造成我国城市内涝的原因进行系统的分析,对本地雨水系统的整体排涝能力做出科学评估。结合低影响开发等理念,提出在源头、管网系统中间和末端等多个环节,采用渗透、调蓄和回用等方式解决内涝问题的思路。
The article systematically analyzes the causes of city waterlogging in China, and scientifically evaluates the overall drainage capacity of the local rainwater system. According to the concept of low-influence development, the article puts forward the modes of permeation, storage and reuse to solve the waterlogging problem in many links of the headwaters, and the middle and the end of pipe network system.
