摘要
根据城市防洪现状和存在问题,分析探讨提高城市防洪能力的必要性,有效应对汛期洪水对城市居民生活和财产造成的威胁,进一步提高城市防洪能力,有关经验可供相关专业人员参考。
Based on the present situation and the existing problems of urban flood control, the article analyzes and discusses the necessity to improve the urban flood control capacity, to respond effectively to the threats of flood season on the urbanite living and property, and further to improve the urban flood control capacity. The relative experience can be referred for the similar projects.
