摘要
城市规划是解决城市交通问题、实现"绿色交通"的根本途径。为实现城市"绿色交通"建设,提出在城市规划时,应主要从交通出行特性、以车辆为代表的适应人群、各种交通方式的人均碳排放量和城市土地利用要素四个关键技术对交通进行规划。其目标是构建绿色交通方式为主导的城市综合交通体系,引导形成绿色交通方式为导向的土地利用模式。
Urban planning is the basic way to solve urban traffic problems and achieves 'green traffic'. For the realization of the urban construction of 'green traffic', this paper put forward that the urban planning should be mainly from the four key technologies of the trip characteristics of traffic, the vehicle as the representative of the adapt to the crowd, the per capita carbon emissions of various means of transport, and the elements of the urban land utilization. It aims at building an urban comprehensive transportation system and guiding a land use pattern by orienting the green transport.
