摘要
该文介绍了下沉式管片试验平台的研制与应用。通过进行前期盾构管片设计、试验、施工等相关资料的收集,结合南京地铁项目,研制1:1整环管片结构试验加载和控制系统,并进行了试验应用。试验结果证明试验装置操作方便,加载效果明显,可以达到试验要求。
The article introduces the research and application of the sinking segment test platform. According to the collected data of design, test and construction of shield segment in the early days and combined with Nanjing Metro Project, the 1:1 whole ring segment structure test loading and control system is researched, tested and applied. The test result shows that the test device is conveniently operated and the loading effect is obvious able to achieve the test requirement.
