摘要
在含有不同配比的多灵菌和三氯硝基苯的PDA平板上测定其对菌丝生长的抑制率和用Finney机率值分析法,求出药剂的毒力回归方程及 EC50,以增效比值(SR)判别不同组配的毒力作用。结果表明五氯硝基苯和多灵菌的 8: 32配比组合对西瓜枯萎病病原菌能发挥最大毒力,为两种药剂的定型配比提供了理论依据。
The regression equations of virulence and EC50 were evaluated by measuring the inhibition rates of hypha growth on the PDA media with different proportions of pentachloronitrobenzene and carbendazim and by analyzing the Finney probability. The association virulence was determined with synergistic ratio(SR). The research result showed that the association virulence of pentachloronitrobenzene and carbendazim to the pathogen from fusarium wilt of watermelon was the strongest at the proportion of & to 32. According to the result, the proportion of two kinds of drug in the prescription was suggested.
