抗汞菌株的分离鉴定及特性 被引量:9

摘要 从污染物中分离到一株细菌 KH4,经鉴定为假单胞菌(Pseudomonas sp.)。该菌可在40 μg/mL的HgCl2中生长,当HgCl2浓度为30 μg/mL时,24 h去汞率为91.7%。该菌的最适生长温度为30℃,pH为7。该菌经质粒检测和转化实验结果表明具有一抗汞质粒,且可通过转化转移。 A bacterial strain KH4 was isolated from pollutant and identified as Pseudomonas sp. This strain was capable of growing on the medium containing 40 40μg/mL HgCl2, and it took 24 hours to re- move mercury about 91.7% when growing on the medium containing 30μg/mL HgCl2. The optimum gruwth temperature and pH was 30℃ and 7, respectively. The result of plasmid extraction showed that there was a mercury-resistant plasmid in the strain and it was able to be transfered by
