摘要
采用溶解一沉淀法将铁泥中的铁元素以FePO4·2H2O的形式回收,并以其作为铁源合成LiFePO4/C.XRD表明LiFePO4/C是橄榄石型晶系纯相.SEM显示LiFePO4/C颗粒大小均匀分布在100~200nm之间.通过充放电测试和循环伏安测试表征了LiFePO4/C的电化学性能,由于Co、Cr、Ni等微量杂质元素的存在,以铁泥为原料合成的LiFePO4/C表现出较好的循环稳定性和倍率性能.
Fe was recovered from the iron sludge using dissolution-deposition method in form of FePO4 · 2H20. LiFePOJC was synthesized using FePO4·2H20 as iron source. XRD patterns show that LiFePO4/C is single olivine-type phase and well crystallized. Particles of LiFePO4/C with size ranging from 100 to 200 nm distribute homogeneously. Electrochemical performance is investigated with galvanostatic charge/discharge and cyclic voltammogram tests. LiFePO4/C prepared from the iron sludge shows good stability and rate performance.
