摘要
以Ba-MCM-49分子筛为催化剂,纯1-丁烯为原料,考察了钡的含量对烯烃催化裂解制丙烯、乙烯反应性能的影响,并在优化的反应条件下考察了催化剂的稳定性.实验表明,适量的钡修饰可以在一定程度上抑制氢转移及芳构化副反应的发生,从而提高了目标产物丙烯和乙烯的选择性,而且钡修饰后催化剂的稳定性大大提高.
Propene and ethene are obtained by catalytic cracking of 1-butene loaded on bar- ium modified MCM-49 zeolite. The selectivity of 1-butene on barium modified MCM-49 zeolite can be increased according to the characterization results and acidic properties. Proper barium can suppress the secondary reactions such as hydrogen transfer reactions and aromatization. And the stability of the barium modified MCM-49 zeolite is improved greatly.
