摘要
从土壤中分离到一株ε-聚赖氨酸高产菌株.通过细胞、菌落形态特征研究、生理生化反应以及16SrDNA序列分析,对该菌株进行了分类鉴定.命名为小白色链霉菌NK49(StreptomycesalbulusNK49).利用摇瓶培养72h后检测到ε-聚赖氨酸产量达0.74g/L.通过1HNMR、13CNMR和MALDI—TOF—MS对ε-聚赖氨酸的结构进行了表征.小白色链霉菌NK49所合成的ε-聚赖氨酸的聚合度为21~34,聚合度28~31的£聚赖氨酸为主要组分.该聚合度与已报道的微生物产ε-聚赖氨酸的聚合度不同,具有独特性.
A strain with high yield of ε-poly-L-lysine was isolated from soil, named NK49. Strain NK49 was described by the morphological, physiological and biochemical features, and the 16SrDNA analysis result showed that NK49 belongs to Streptomyces albulus. The batch fermentation was conducted in flask and reached a yield of 0.74 g/L finally.
