在新医改和军队医院体制编制调整的大背景下,军队医院适应新的形势任务,实现科学发展是个亟待探索和解决的课题。本文从发展理念、人才队伍、科技创新、融合式发展和管理创新五个方面,对联勤分部医院建设进行了思考和探讨,为军队医院科学发展提供参考。

In the context of the new medical system reform and the adjustment of military hospital system,how to adapt to the new situation,and achieve scientific development are the subject to be explored and resolved.Five aspects,including idea of development,talent team construction,scientific and technological innovation,integration development and management innovation were discussed,in an order to provide references for the scientific development of military hospitals.
