摘要
通过对《军队三级综合医院等级评审评审标准和细则(2011年版)》的学习和对照检查,反思医院在迎评工作中存在的不足,提出迎接等级医院评审要把握好医院的服务宗旨,确立内涵发展方向,树立"以病人为中心"的服务理念,推动医疗质量持续改进等工作关键。
Comparing the criteria and bylaws of tertiary military general hospital accreditation (2011 edition) and the self-examination results,the author analyzed the shortages of the hospital,and raised the aim of hospital accreditation,then established the direction of connotation development of the hospital and the patient-oriented service idea,thus to promote the improvement of the medical care quality.
