摘要 目的培养本病区护理责任组长岗位基准性胜任力。方法设置护理责任组长岗位,对选拔出的组长进行为期9个月的基础知识,专科知识和技能,管理能力,护理服务补救能力,教育与培训能力,风险评估与防范能力强化培训。结果护理质量和患者满意度均有明显提高,统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.01);三基考核成绩有明显提高,统计学有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论有针对性的进行护理责任组长岗位基准性胜任力培养,对护理整体内涵质量的提高起到促进作用。 Objective To cultivate the basic competency of nursing dutiful team leader.Methods Nursing dutiful team leaders were selected and trained of basic and specialty knowledge and skills,comprehensive abilities of management,serving for the patients,teaching,risk assessment and prevention for nine months.Results The levels of nursing quality and patients satisfaction degree were significantly improved(P < 0.01).The levels of three basic skills were significantly raised(P < 0.05).Conclusion The training of basic competency in nursing dutiful team leader was helpful to raise the nursing quality.
